Hand the visual check over to the camera.

Using industrial cameras and 3D laser profile sensors we build systems that measure, inspect and verify on the production line. Checks that depended on the operator's eye become repeatable and recordable.

We work with Omron FH series vision systems and LMI Gocator 3D laser profile sensors. Measurement results are written straight into the line software and the database; tolerance and judgement rules are defined inside the application.

3D Laser Profile Measurement

Surface, profile and position measurement with LMI Gocator sensors; raw profile data turned into a measurement result.

Machine Vision

Label, character and object verification with Omron FH vision systems, using pattern based rules.

Object Recognition

Part type, colour and position recognition for automatic sorting and routing on the line.

Data Analysis

Recording of measurement results, tolerance evaluation, OK/NG decision and reporting.
